I'm back for another year of Beth Fish Reads' challenge, What's in a Name 5! To sign up for yourself, please click here. Before the year is over with, read a book with the following in the title:
1. A topographical feature:
"Impressionists By The Sea" by John House
2. Something you'd see in the sky:
"Hurricane Story" by Jennifer Shaw
3. Creepy crawly:
"Frog and Toad Together" by Arnold Lobel
4. Type of house:
"Schloss Schoenbrunn" guidebook
5. Something you'd carry in your purse/backpack/pocket:
"The Three Golden Keys" by Peter Sis
6. Something you'd find in a calendar:
I followed your post to Beth Fish & her review of Paris in Love - now, I want to get the book to read for myself & get extra copies to send with my leaders to Paris. (Sigh)
ReplyDeleteHi Laura! Are you doing the Read-a-thon Saturday? I thought I had a commitment for most of the day, but just found I will only need to be gone for 3 or 4 hours. Yay! I hope you will be my "buddy" again. It looks like you have some good reading challenges for the year. I'm doing the "Seasonal Reading Challenge" on GoodReads, which is helping me reduce my TBR list a LITTLE (the problem is that I keep adding to it!) Hope to "see" you Saturday!
ReplyDeleteHi Nan, AKA Anonymous! You totally should, but only if work will pay for it. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Sherry Ann! Yes, I'm doing the Read-a-thon, and I'm so behind in any kind of planning for it! The only thing I've got down is that I'll be reading this weekend - helpful, but I could have used a little more prep time, especially for the blog. I'll stop by your blog in a second, and I'm looking forward to having you as my R-A-T buddy again!
